The features you want and need
You don’t have to take down fences or have trucks drive over your lawn. We hand carry all our materials in and build everything onsite!
We level your shed on solid cement blocks. This way the base does not directly come in contact with the ground, reducing chances of rot and insect damage.
We use only 30 year ground contact rated pressure treated 2×6 lumber for your floor joists. We nail them in every 16 inches using 5 full-head framing nails at every connection point. This results in a solid, weather-resistant base that will last for years.
We use only 3/4″ floor decking on your shed build. This ensures a stiff, quiet floor. It also means the floor can get wet without warping or rotting.
We frame your shed’s walls using only top choice 2×4 wall studs every 24 inches (16″ on center is available on request). This results in a sturdy, solid wall to support our exterior panels and any added interior shelving. (Other shed builders often use lower quality, lighter duty 2×3 lumber, or space wall studs at 36 inches).
Our double doors have two spring-loaded pin-bolts on the left door, and a locking t-handle with keys on the right door so you can secure your shed’s contents.
Your shed includes gable vents at no extra charge. This allows for air flow and moisture management so you don’t develop mold or rot. It also allows heat to escape as it rises, and creates a nice cross-ventilation when combined with our tempered glass screened windows.
We use only 30-year Algae Resistant Laminated High Definition Shingles, in your choice of five popular colors. While more expensive than the more common 3-tab shingle, they are thicker, provide more weather protection, and often last twice as long.
We use only LP SmartSide exterior panels for our shed walls. Smartside is an exterior-grade engineered wood panel that comes primed in a natural tan color. It is treated with special waxes, resins and binders so it will not absorb water, and zinc borate to resist fungal decay and termites for up to 50 years.
Our sheds have a 4″ overhang around the roofline, covered in aluminum drip edge. This keeps rain and snow melt off your walls, and keeps your shed dry in bad weather.
