Custom Color Shed Painting

We can paint your shed whatever color you’d like. We paint the panels before the shed is assembled so this makes for perfect lines and paint underneath all trim.

$2.50 per sq ft of the shed.
10x12 example 120sq ft x$2.50 per = $300.
Price includes paint.

Extra Tall Sidewall

Our standard sidewall (short wall) is 6.5’. We also offer taller sidewalls with the most common upgrades being 7’ and 8’. 7’ upgrade is $200. 8’ upgrade is $300

Pressure Treated or Dry Guard Flooring

A common upgrade from our 3/4” plywood is going with a treated 3/4” plywood or and engineered moisture resistant flooring like advantech dry guard.

$1 per sq ft. of shed.

Extra Single or Double Doors

Add an extra set of double doors or single door for easier access to your shed. Doors come with all necessary trim, framing and hardware.

Extra Leveling Charge (over 12")

For sites with more than a bit of slope an extra leveling charge will be assessed. We build the shed base on treated 4×4 lumber with necessary bracing.

Old Shed Removal

We will demo and dispose of your old structure to prepare your site for your new shed.
